Big Moose Lodge

we didnt see any life vests or paddles for the kayaks

We traveled with our large family of 11 with 2 infants. My parents had honeymooned at Moosehead Lake 62 years ago and my daddy wanted to visit one more time. It was a fabulous week together. The dock access to the lake with kayaks available was a highlight. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was a little warm upstairs a few nights at the beginning of sleeping, but the fans helped to cool the rooms as the nights progressed. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect home for a large group. Location convenient to Greenville. Great game room. Beautiful dock. 10 out of 10.

Very responsive host, great location.

We had a family get together with 14 of us ranging from 8 to 72. Between the ice fishing, outdoor area, and game room there was plenty for everyone to do. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. It was a fun, relaxing winter getaway.
